AKRAPOVIC EXHAUST HONDA CRF 450 R / RX 2021

Akrapovic Full Exhaust System for the Honda CRF 450 R / RX (2021–2023 and successive identical model years). This system is custom-engineered for the limited available space on the motorcycle and combines performance and durability for extreme conditions and the demands of off-road racing.

Constructed from lightweight, high-grade titanium alloys with varying wall thicknesses across sections to ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight, this system is 26.5% lighter than the standard exhaust. A specially profiled surface influences the sound to meet FIM competition noise limits while adding strength and durability to the silencer, delivering a deep, full tone that embraces the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine.

The silencer is the largest possible for the available space, providing superior sound attenuation that lessens environmental impact while allowing exhaust gases to flow from the combustion chamber with minimal restriction. The enhanced strength created by the design contributes to durability and offers improved resilience in the most demanding conditions.

The system delivers increased response across the entire rev range and optimal throttle response, giving the rider excellent control. Power and torque levels are increased by 2.1 kW (2.8 hp) at 9,750 rpm and 1.8 Nm at 9,460 rpm, measured on the internal test bench in back-to-back tests against a standard factory exhaust system.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust features a special logo-printing technique for enhanced durability and includes a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber for optimal performance and sound, covered by a newly designed titanium heat shield. Installation is a simple plug-and-play operation requiring no remapping.
